PARTNERS
DWP’s community partners make it possible for us to connect with people living with Parkinson’s disease and seniors across Canada. It is through these valuable collaborations that participants can access and engage with our specialized dance, movement, and community-building programs.

DWP is proud to collaborate with Parkinson Canada on increasing access and awareness of the benefits of dancing and movement.

DWP and Dance for PD®'s long-standing partnership is the foundation upon which the Canadian community has been built.

In collaboration with the Friends of Regent Park, this weekly class invites seniors in the community to stay active and connect through dance and movement.

The Ontario Brain Institute (OBI) and DWP have partnered to evaluate our scale and expansion and to share learnings from our community programming improving brain health for a better society.

U-Turn Parkinson’s and DWP have partnered to launch weekly in-person dance classes in Winnipeg. We are applying our learnings from this powerful partnership as we explore other ways to expand our work together.

DWP has partnered with Toronto Seniors Housing and the Thorncliffe Park community to pilot an innovative program offering our free specialized programming for residents of underserved buildings at no cost.
