The Jitterbug Social — A Huge Success!

On behalf of Dancing with Parkinson's, thank you for being part of our 9th annual fundraiser The Jitterbug Social on February 11th, 2017.

We are thrilled to announce that with your awesome support, that of our sponsors, generous individual gifts, exceptional donated items in our silent auction and the amazing dance-a-thon dancers, we raised $37,000!

A very big thank you to all of our sponsors, donors and dancers for making our afternoon family dance party an enormous success.

Because of this fabulous success, we will be able to make Dancing with Parkinson’s classes accessible to even more people this year and in the future. And we did it all by dancing!

Dancing with Parkinson's Classes

Dancing with Parkinson's currently offers weekly dance classes for those living with PD in multiple locations throughout the city. With your support of this event, you will help keep our dancers dancing AND help us extend our reach into the community to make this revolutionary program as accessible as possible. DWP is the only organization of its kind offering dance classes for those living with PD in multiple locations throughout Canada.
